modern fittings comfortable bed ineffective ac long queue

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I enjoyed the great variety of options. The room was spacious and modern. I liked the comfortable bed.

The AC was not effective. The temperature settings did not seem to work. There were not enough tables available at the restaurant between 7:30 and 8:30 pm. I had to queue two days.

the breakfast selection lacked some Variety. i found limited options FOR those with dietary restrictions. the absence of clear labels made navigating the buffet challenging. I also noticed that the coffee machines often had long queues. the staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours. THis affected the overall breakfast experience.

Fantastic Stay at Royal Level!

The resort offers many amenities! There is always something to do, including a great fitness center and an olympic pool. I enjoyed yoga and cycling inside the pool. Water polo was also available. The animation team at night kept kids entertained.
